2. Did not fix the problem properly
We use great parts, that rarely fail prematurely. We also have a 3 year, unlimited mile warranty to cover those rare cases for you.
3. Took longer than expected to complete needed work
Some jobs do take longer than others, however we will communicate with you every step of the way. That way we can give you updated time frames while your vehicle is here being serviced.
4. Had to bring vehicle back because repair did not ‘hold up’

5. Price was more than originally estimated
We are great at building estimates that cover all recommended work. We are also great at building very accurate estimates. Our estimates include parts, labor, and tax. They are an out-the-door estimate of investment.
6. Car was not clean at pickup
At Denny’s Auto we always use floor mats in your vehicle, even if you have black rubber floor mats. This way we can prevent grease from spreading while your vehicle is in for service. We always wipe off any fingerprints or spilled fluids from your vehicle.
7. Sold unnecessary parts or service
We will always prioritize our recommendations for your convenience. We will also tell you what services can wait and what services require attention quickly.
8. Treated poorly by staff
Denny’s Auto has a reputation of having the best customer service and friendly employees. We understand that we are investing in a relationship and we are serving people, not cars.
9. Did not honor warranty
We are proud of our warranty, which is triple the industry standard. When warranty service is required, we enjoy making the process as easy as possible for you. Not honoring our warranty of 3 years, unlimited miles, is not honest, and shows no integrity. We stand for honesty and integrity.
10. Charged for diagnosis of vehicle
The technicians at Denny’s Auto are very skilled and talented in what they do. Their time is valuable just as your time is valuable. By paying for a diagnosis you are receiving a concrete diagnosis of your concerns, and a complimentary digital courtesy inspection to give you a clear picture of the state of your vehicle.
